Hiding the sprayer joint

Without a collar, the seam between glass neck and plastic pump is plainly visible, and that seam is what most resembles a home-assembled product. A collar covers it with a continuous metal surface, making the transition from bottle to cap look deliberate.

Required for magnetic caps

If you use magnetic caps, a collar is not optional: the magnet needs a metal surface to grip, and the collar is that surface. Ordering magnetic caps without collars means they will never seat as intended.

Minimum order and pricing

MOQ starts at 1,000 pcs for types whose mould already exists at the factory, and 10,000 pcs when a new mould is required. The smaller the quantity, the higher the unit price — factory setup cost is spread across fewer pieces.

Match the finish to your cap

Collar and cap sit directly beside one another and are seen together. A slightly different shade of gold between them is caught immediately by the eye. Where possible, order collars and caps from the same batch to keep the finish consistent.
