Quantities falling between two tiers are charged at the tier below them — the more expensive of the two, not a discount. A 1,500 pcs order, for example, is charged at the 300 pcs and above rate, not the cheaper 2,000 pcs rate.

Each colour carries a Rp 150,000 setup fee, charged once per order — covering film, screen, and a test print. This cost does not scale with quantity, so smaller orders feel it more per piece.
Minimum order 300 pcs. For smaller quantities, contact us — some work can still be arranged.
Working Terms
Setup is charged per colour
Every colour needs its own film and screen, plus a test print before the run starts. That work repeats on each order, including repeat orders of the same design, because screens are not kept for the next one.
Send vector files where possible
AI, CDR, SVG, or PDF are safest because the lines stay sharp when scaled to print size. High-resolution PNG still works, but very thin strokes and soft gradients risk disappearing in print.
Colours are matched closely, not exactly
Screen printing ink on glass never matches an on-screen colour exactly. Send the colour code you are aiming for so we can get as close as possible, and ask for a test print before the full run if the colour is critical.
Turnaround follows the production queue
Orders are processed once the design is approved and payment is confirmed. Send your quantity and design first so we can give you a timing estimate that matches the queue at that moment.

You can order bottles from our catalogue and have them coloured and printed before shipping, or send bottles you already hold. For bottles from another supplier, send photos and dimensions first so we can confirm the surface suits the process.
Coloring and screen printing are two different jobs
Coloring coats the bottle body so clear glass becomes fully coloured. Screen printing puts your logo or text on top of that surface. Either can be ordered alone, though a coloured bottle carrying a printed logo is the most common combination.
Rates fall with order quantity
Unit rates run across four tiers, from 300 pcs up into the tens of thousands. A quantity landing between two tiers is charged at the tier below it — the more expensive of the two — so no quantity is left without a price.
Every colour carries a setup fee
Each colour needs its own film and screen plus a test print. The cost is fixed rather than per piece, so smaller orders feel it more. The calculator on this page shows the effective price per piece so that effect is visible before you order.

Can you remove existing paint from bottles?
Yes. Paint removal is charged per piece and is used for misprinted bottles or bottles in the wrong colour.

Pick from the catalog or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with pricing and stock status: ready stock or indent from the factory.

Payment
Once we agree, make payment. For indent or custom orders, this payment is what kicks off production at the factory.

Production & sample
For custom orders, the factory makes a sample first for your approval before mass production. Ready-stock items are prepared right away.
- 04
Import & delivery
We import the goods from the China factory, then ship across Indonesia. Being imported, indent & custom orders take longer than ready stock.
Want to check quality first? For ready stock, samples can be purchased separately. For custom, a sample is made after payment and approved before full production.
