Neck size decides everything

A cap is not chosen by bottle volume but by neck diameter. A 15 mm cap will never seat on a 13 mm neck, however good it looks. This is the most common first-order mistake, and the most expensive — it surfaces only after two containers have landed.

Material changes how the product reads

Zamac caps feel heavy and cold in the hand, giving a weight other materials struggle to imitate. Plastic caps are far lighter and cut shipping cost, suiting value lines or products shipped one at a time. Wooden caps read artisanal and are often chosen by alcohol-free perfume brands.

Minimum order and pricing

MOQ starts at 1,000 pcs for types whose mould already exists at the factory, and 10,000 pcs when a new mould is required. The smaller the quantity, the higher the unit price — factory setup cost is spread across fewer pieces.

Bottles and caps come from different factories on different schedules. Ordering separately means paying for two shipments and risking one arriving late, leaving you unable to assemble. Order together so we can consolidate the shipment.

How do I know which cap fits my bottle?

Match the neck size. Every product page automatically lists other items sharing the same neck. If your bottle came from another supplier, send a photo and its neck size on WhatsApp.

Which neck sizes are available?

Most of our catalogue is 15 mm, with some items at 13 mm and 18 mm.

Do caps include a sprayer?

No. Caps and sprayers are separate components sold separately. A complete bottle usually consists of bottle, sprayer, collar, and cap.
