Is the machine installed and are operators trained?
Yes. Our team installs the machine at your site and trains your operators until they can run production themselves — the part that buying direct from overseas does not include.
How long is the warranty?
Twelve months, running from the day the machine is received and test-run at your location. Parts and service remain available after it ends.
Do you handle import and customs?
Yes. Import, duties and delivery to your site are handled — not just to the port.
Which machine fits my bottles?
Machine pages that carry a neck-size specification list the bottles in our catalogue that fit. For the other machines — or if your bottles come from elsewhere — send us the neck size on WhatsApp and we will check the match.

How to Order
Our products are imported directly from factories in China — here is the flow from first question to delivery.

Consult & quote
Pick from the catalog or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with pricing and stock status: ready stock or indent from the factory.
- 02
Payment
Once we agree, make payment. For indent or custom orders, this payment is what kicks off production at the factory.
- 03
Production & sample
For custom orders, the factory makes a sample first for your approval before mass production. Ready-stock items are prepared right away.
- 04
Import & delivery
We import the goods from the China factory, then ship across Indonesia. Being imported, indent & custom orders take longer than ready stock.
Want to check quality first? For ready stock, samples can be purchased separately. For custom, a sample is made after payment and approved before full production.
