Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship across Indonesia via couriers such as JNE, J&T, SiCepat, or instant courier for the Greater Jakarta area. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (custom engraving/printing orders follow the production queue).

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and calculated by weight and destination, unless otherwise agreed.

Packaging

Glass bottles are packed in layered bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard to stay safe in transit. For bulk orders we recommend adding shipping insurance.

Damage Claims

Please record an uncut unboxing video when opening your package. Claims for broken or damaged goods must include the unboxing video and be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced in your next shipment or refunded, as agreed.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns apply only to manufacturing defects or items that do not match the order. Custom items (engraving, screen printing, sticker labels) cannot be returned unless there is a production defect.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment or before custom production begins.
